BOSS CH6950 Consumers Report

I was expecting a little more bass, not that they lack, but you get what you pay for when it comes to the bass. However, having 4 tweeters really opens up the music spectrum and releases all the instrumental you need. Paired with a nice set of 6.5" Component Speakers that more than make up for the bass, these things are awesome! GREAT COMBINATION! I have yet to wire these to an amp, so the bass may get better with an amplifier...

The GOOD: These speakers have a nice bass response, which I'm sure will get even better when I -eventually- get an amp for them. The tweeters and mid-range are very high performance. They may not be Polk or Pioneer, but they are very good speakers for the average person.

The BAD: The tweeters start to distort like crazy if you turn up the bass on your deck to even +1. If you have an independent subwoofer and amp, this is no problem as you can turn up the gain or up the bass booster settings (if available). Again, I'm sure the quality of the bass will increase if I hook them up to a two-channel amp, but the lack inability to increase the bass from the deck is a minor drawback. Also, twisting on the nuts requires two people: one person to hold the offset screwdriver, and one person to take a wrench and lay in the trunk and twist the nut on. Still good speakers, though.

The UGLY: These are two personal problems, as The UGLIES usually are, and probably won't apply to everyone. 1) In my '00 Accord, the right passenger seatbelt is covered by a large piece of plastic that is also the speaker grill. I have no idea why Honda decided to inseparably connect two important, but individual, ascetic features, but whatever. So I had to cut the factory grill/seatbelt thingy off because this speaker wouldn't fit under it, and now there's some ugly metal and plastic exposed. In general, replacing factory speakers isn't always made easy by the manufacturer. 2) The magnet of the midrange speaker somehow disconnected from the metal bracket that holds it above the speaker, so whenever the midrange or woofer moved, it rattled. This was definitely not my fault - it came like that out of the box. It was easily fixed by some carefully placed superglue, but still annoying.

All in all good speakers, especially for their price!, but if you want to be blown away, go with something higher in quality (and price).

Had this item for 4 months, worked good from the start. After using it for 3 months it completely died. Charged it for at least 24hrs. and still nothing. Out of the blue it started working again, another month and it was dead again, this time for good. all the time spent downloading music and videos all for nothing, all lost. Don't waste your money. I'll never buy this brand again for anything.

I picked up the MP815 because of its OGG support and relatively larger capacity. Unfortunately, that's where the pros end.
It does play OGG files, but it ignores the tags (artist, title, track, etc). So, all OGG files get dumped into the No Artist bin, making organization impossible.
Primary issue: usability. The round directional button is extremely difficult to use. Going left and right is not too difficult, but pressing up or down registers very rarely. The button as a whole has no tactile feedback (you don't feel it click). It is quite frustrating to be trying to go down through a list of songs and the player doesn't go down the list when you press the down button.
Other annoyances - I can't drag and drop files into this device in Windows Explorer. To get files into the device, I have to copy and paste. I tried renaming a file once it was on the device; the name remained as it was. Tried again using the included media management program, same problem.
The above issues show that Coby has not put a great deal of effort into designing and delivering a product. Usability issues which affect the main function of the device show that Coby has not taken user testing and feedback into consideration in their design. I'm going to return this product.

To make it simple, the most maddening thing about this product is the difficulty in getting it to arrange music into its appropriate folders (ie. "Artist", "Album", etc.). I've tried using iTunes, Windows Media Player, and the included Coby Media Manager program. I've also tried just moving music straight in, treating the player as a mountable drive. Somehow, I eventually ended up with three CDs being categorized correctly, while the rest just get dumped into the generic <No Artist> list.

Overall, I would NOT recommend buying this player. Spend a few extra bucks for something well-engineered.

I was researching messenger type bags for a while before I decided on this model. I liked the idea of it being vertical with just enough pockets/compartments to keep things organised but with areas to just throw things in as well.
I like the mesh pockets so that I can see what I have, I do not know what I will use the very front one for though. The front zip down compartment is not as roomy as I had hoped (slightly expandable would have been nice) but at least I can fit my lunch in there :o)
The main compartment is a great fit for my notebook PC and one textbook with space around the edges for other stuff, I haven't tried my thickest textbook yet though.
I see what people mean about the bottle holder, it does hold store bought bottles of water but it does not hold refillable water bottles (like the ones you fit on your bike or put in your fanny pack). It would have made sense to make it large enough for the water bottles and let it be pulled tighter for anything smaller. So i have to make do with refilling a smaller bottle and putting my preferred bottle in storage :o(
I use the cellphone pocket for sunglasses and bus schedules, I owuld never hear my phone ring in there 9especialy when listening to my mp3s.
Oh and the mp3 player pocket is just slightly too small for my player, so I just have to leave it unzipped and not use the sound port.
I am not sure what to use the rear pocket for yet, it is too narrow for magazines or other letter sized reading material.
Strap is comfortable, construction is solid, like the zipper pullers (nice touch), low price for such a bag.

Now I can carry my stuff to work and then college with relative comfort.
I would buy Mobile Edge again.

The photos on the product page are absolutely misleading. What you receive is limited to a bare housing without any of the electrical bits shown in the pictures. As for the claims that this is an original Blackberry housing, not a chance. The fitment is off and there is that "Made in China" feel to the quality. Hobbyists may like the idea of taking apart their Bold 9700 bit by bit but this is not what you would have expected going by the photos on the product page. I felt the need to let other consumers know that this item is really a knock-off (a poor one at that) and the pictures are just there to bait you. Stay away folks.

Use this card to add a parallel port to your computer. I needed this card to supplement my single parallel port and support two older printers on my home server. Hardware installation is simply inserting it into an empty PCI slot. Windows 2000 recognized the port on power-up after installation and it became immediately available; no driver installation or configuration to mess with.

Installed a couple of these in a pair of new Dell Vostro 200s. Running XP Pro with service pak 3 and IE 7.0. Seem to work fine with our older DOS programs that are very inflexible about where they will send output.

Installation was a little tricky. Came with an install disk marked version 6.2 but the subdirectories on the disk dont match the install book that came with the board. After a little experimentation I found the best way to install was to put in the board and attach the printer. Turn on PC and Cancel out of auto detect and go to Control Panel - Add hardware. When the install driver screen comes up, go to search specific location and tell it d:\io\pci io\whql driver for 2k_xp_2003. It will install and activate the port.

When installed it will be set to lpt3 so go to Control Panel - System, and select Hardware then Device Manager. Look down the device list for ports and double click on the PCI EPP/ECP Parallel port. On the device tab that comes up go to port settings and choose - Never use interupt, and then choose - Enable PnP detection. Set the port to LPT1 if desired.

Next go to Printers and Faxes off of the Start menu and choose add printer. Select the port you used above and then choose your printer and intall as usual.

Anyway, thats what worked for me. So far so good. Good luck.

I installed this card on a new customer system so that the customer could print from a DOS app. It worked but after a reboot it no longer worked. I tried everytinging and after changing one of the port settings it worked again. I showed the customer how to fix it and she is happy that she can print from her DOS app.

The clamp that hangs from the door frame is very secure, and the strap is adjustable for the baby's height. It's rather hard to get the baby into it, however. It's also rather large and bulky and my baby gets his hands stuck in the leg holes. I wish it didn't have the metal frame and fit more snugly around his body so he felt more free to jump around. This problem will probably not be such an issue when he gets bigger, though.
Overall, it's a good product.

The spring was too tight so there is no "jump" in the Johnny Jump Up. My son just hung there pathetically. He bent his knees and just kind of swung. At 4 months, the basket was way too big for him, he could only get one arm over the bar, and the other was tucked inside because he couldn't reach the other side. He just chewed on the bar, and thats the most entertainment he got out of it. When he did try to jump, if only one of his feet touched the ground, it would spin out of control.

This seemed like the original johnny jump-up I had for my first child 13 years ago. We loved that one, so I got this one for my baby and after spending almost half an hour figuring out how to put it together, it didn't work very well. It just didn't seem as SPRINGY as it should be. I ended up returning it and getting the $40 version with the tray instead (the Jump & Go). People have complained about the tray pinching baby's fingers against the doorway, but we have a wide doorway, so it works well and is a lot springier. Also, our little guy likes the toy tray on the Jump & Go version a lot.

I bought this because I usually listen to my television through headphones and I like earbuds better that the large headphones they normally sell as wireless. It works, I can pair it to my receiver (Bluebar Go Groove)just fine and sound comes through. But music has so much static and compression that it's un-listenable. I made sure it was not my receiver that was the problem as I could pair the receiver directly to my smartphone and music sounds great, but when I play through this transmitter it's horrible.

After much deliberation over what to buy for my daughter I decided on the Sunport. I love the look, and know that Keen shoes are very well known and good quality shoes. I needed something that could get wet, but not the look of a traditional water shoe. I loved these, and was so excited to get them. With 3 small kids it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but thought given the name it would be worth it as they would last a long time. Got them in the mail and immediately put them on my daughter, and within minutes she had blisters on the top of her feet. Didn't think too much of it and put band aids on and put the shoes back on her. By the end of the day she had 3 blisters on each foot; top, ankle bone and heel. Couldn't believe it. Needless to say she isn't wearing them any more and I am so disappointed. Not at all what I expected and hoped for. Its now almost 2 weeks later and she has had to wear socks and sneakers, and her blisters still aren't healed. Very disappointing.

I got sucked in to the cute styles and lower prices of these sandals when viewing them online. I wish I had taken the time to see them at the store because I would have known right away that they aren't your typical Keens. They are not nearly as soft and comfortable as regular Keens. I made the horrible mistake of sending my kids to summer camp with their cool new shoes only to have them come home complaining of sore, blistered feet. They absolutely hated them. I immediately traded them for some Newport H2s and they are worth every penny. My kids won't take them off.

After searching too late in the season (apparently) for Keen Newport sandals for my son, I finally settled on the Sunport sandals. I would rather him have the Newports because we trust them, and after reading the mixed reviews, I was a little nervous, but also desperate. They arrived today and so far so good! He's been wearing them everywhere with no complaint. Tomorrow is his field day for his school, so that will be the test as to whether they hold up and don't hurt his feet. Perhaps I'll add more to this after picking him up from school tomorrow. He loves that he has "fire feet" as we purchased the "flame" sunports. I love the color variations offered in the Sunport. I'm just hoping that they hold up as well as the Newports!!!

The dictionary definition of marriage is the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law.

The union of two people to become one in its simplest form, but what happens when no even knows you exist? You are married to the man of your dreams but only within your home. You bore his child and no one knows but your family who is slowly isolated you from and you're left to yourself all day with only your child for companionship.

Matt is having his cake and eating it too. To the outside world he is currently dating Kelly, his Caucasian assistant. While Sheree, his African American wife, is at home with their child. Sheree has accepted being Matt's secret wife under the guise that his company is not ready for an executive to be in a interracial relationship, but when he reaches the top he will let everyone know including his family know about her and his child.

When Matt's behavior changes toward Sheree and Matt Jr., Sheree has finally had enough and begins to devise a plan. The Diary of a Secret Wife is a fast paced drama filled ride that has you ready to smack some sense into Sheree. I would recommend this to all readers looking for a good read. I give this 4 stars.

When is the best time for a wife to take a stand? In The Diary of the Secret Wife by T. Nicole, readers will soon find out. Sheree Silver is a stay-at-home mother and wife of Matthew Silver Sr. Sheree enters her marriage knowing that her husband expects her to be the silent wife. Matthew's profession requires him to have the perfect image including the perfect wife.

Sheree gets tired of the arrangement and starts investigating just what she has gotten herself into. Matthew's secrets start unraveling and Sheree finds out that there is more to her husband than meets the eye.

The Diary of the Secret Wife is the story of a woman learning to take a stand against the wrong that has been done to her. I was anticipating diary entries only but this book provides readers with so much more. The main character did have me upset throughout the majority of the book but I was thrilled with the ending. This is my first time reading this author but I look forward to reading more of her work.

This model has a lot wrong with it. First of all, there is no switch to turn the steam off while you are using it, and even worse, there's no good place to rest the hose producing the steam while you change out the garments if you actually want to do more than one article of clothing at a time. Furthermore, the steamer itself does not work well, and does not efficiently remove wrinkles from clothing.

I've been using this steamer for the past year and a half. I bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond when I started my current job and needed to wear business casual every day. Since then I've thrown out my ironing board because I'll never iron again. This machine does it all so easily and professionally and quickly that it seems ridiculous that I ever bothered with ironing. Sure, it's more expensive, but since I use mine several times a week, I feel confident that it has more than paid for itself in the time and hassle that it has saved me. It's easy to do creases and things just end up looking nicer since you hang them to steam them - no wrinkles! I haven't had any of the problems that the other reviewers mentioned. It's been fine! The steamer has been great without any problems so far (knock on wood). I would highly recommend it!
